Before I go on any further, let me give you a little background about myself…
My name is Andrew, I was a collegiate football player. I was never the biggest, fastest, or strongest so I had to work extra hard to reach my goals. I received my B.S. in Kinesiology and my M.S. in Exercise Physiology. I hold one of the highest credentials in the Strength and Conditioning industry, the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
I have spent the last 10 years training athletes from youth to professional levels, injured to weekend warrior to achieve their highest levels of performance. I was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for a local high school for 5 years, as well as an assistant coach to various local youth sports teams.
Our program isn’t for everyone, and that’s ok. We are looking for those athletic-minded adults who want to live a high-performance lifestyle. If you were once a high school or collegiate athlete, play in an adult sports league, challenge yourself with obstacle course races than this is the program for you!
