Group Personal Training
We start everybody off with a personal Success Session. During this 45-60 minute meeting with one of our coaches we’ll learn more about you, discover your goals, answer your questions, and give you an overview of our program and how we are different. You can schedule your FREE Success Session HERE.
Our training philosophy is quite simple, we do not operate under the mindset that one size fits all. The truth is that everyone is different; from mobility, flexibility, and strength, to coordination and current fitness level. This is why we take a custom approach for each and every fitPRODIGY member. We call this approach Group Personal Training.
We do not believe in the constant varied workout popularized by programs such as P-90X and Crossfit. Sure, that approach will make you tired and even sore the next day. However, without a “rhyme or reason” most people often don’t see results or get burnt out.
We implement in a comprehensive training program that is periodized throughout the year with a focus on improving movement quality, strength, lean muscle mass, and fat loss. Our goal is to help you reach your goals, so that you become the best version of you possible, in the safest most effective manner possible.
Our Group Personal Training classes are capped at 15 people, this allows us to provide you with a lot of 1:1 attention to insure you are performing the right exercises, the correct way, to maximize results and minimize injury. The other benefit to our fitPRODIGY program is that you will sweat, laugh and burn fat right along-side other like-minded people who are striving for the same things you are. This helps provide accountability, motivation, guidance, and support.
The bottom line is fitness should be fun. It should be safe. It should be individualized. Our goal is to provide a non-intimidating family atmosphere where the hour that you’re here is the best our of your day.
