Our 8 Week Transformation Challenge is designed to help get you into that athletic mindset while improving you body composition, increasing strength, and reducing risk of injury. Our strength and conditioning program, fitPRODIGY is a “Team Training” approach that is motivating and competitive and designed to bring out your INNER ATHLETE.
Before I go on any further, let me give you a little background about myself…
My name is Andrew, I was a collegiate football player. I was never the biggest, fastest, or strongest so I had to work extra hard to reach my goals. I received my B.S. in Kinesiology and my M.S. in Exercise Physiology. I hold one of the highest credentials in the Strength and Conditioning industry, the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
I have spent the last 10 years training athletes from youth to professional levels, injured to weekend warrior to achieve their highest levels of performance. I was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for a local high school for 5 years, as well as an assistant coach to various local youth sports teams.
Our program isn’t for everyone, and that’s ok. We are looking for those athletic-minded adults who want to live a high-performance lifestyle. If you were once a high school or collegiate athlete, play in an adult sports league, challenge yourself with obstacle course races than this is the program for you!
