Why did yo become a coach?

I became a coach because I want to be a  positive influence in people's life.  I  want to help others get on and stay on the most direct path towards their  goals.

If there was one myth about health and fitness that you  can make disappear tomorrow, what would it be and why?

One myth about  nutrition that I would like to change is fad dieting.  There are so many different ways to find a  diet that works for you and your lifestyle.   Just like with fitness, there is no, one size fits all approach.
