Why did you become a coach?
I like telling people what to do! Lol I enjoy making someone's life a little better with each session.
If there was one myth about health and fitness that you can make disappear tomorrow, what would it be and why?
Not necessarily a myth but more of a mindset shift. I believe more people should embrace the mindset that paying for someone to help you get and stay fit should be as normal as having a general practitioner doctor.
