Why did you become a coach?
I became a coach because I had gone through an injury and going through Physical Therapy made me realize how much I could help someone possibly change their life.
If there was one myth about health and fitness that you can make disappear tomorrow, what would it be and why?
A myth I would like to see disappear is that you have to do hard or elaborate exercises to see results. Most people who are looking for results will find it being consistent with the basics.
