Why did you become a coach?

I like supporting people in creating steps down to the very last detail that lead to habits that work for them.

If there was one myth about health and fitness that you can make disappear tomorrow, what would it be and why?

I’d erase the myth that eating healthy is about drastic changes and unpleasant food. That’s intimidating and unsustainable. Real health is about finding ways to enjoy nutritious foods, not eliminating everything you love.
