We design personalized programs or busy adults 30 years and older who need help losing weight, getting stronger, and having more energy because we believe EVERYONE deserves to live a more active life.

Prodigy Fitness takes a personalized approach to the work we do with our clients. We aim to be the last gym you ever need with our comprehensive fitness experience. Our team of friendly and dedicated coaches are here to work with you, to help you overcome the challenges that hold you back from achieving your goals. We know you’re busy, which is why we help you make fitness a priority.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all cookie cutter type programs that you see at other gyms.  Over the years, we’ve designed personalized program specifically for busy people just like you. From demanding jobs to active families, there’s so many reasons not to eat healthy or workout regularly. We understand these limitations and walk along side you every step of the way to help overcome them to find the most effective methods of getting you in shape and healthy.

Maybe you were a high school or college athlete? Perhaps you’ve shied away from physical activity because you were self-conscious? Your level of previous experience doesn’t matter to us! Our members run the gamut: from fitness newbies to athletic aficionados. All that matters to us is that you come to our personal training facility with an open mind, an eagerness to learn, and a willingness to trust the process.

Andrew is the founder and CEO of Prodigy Fitness.  He holds a M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Cal State Eastbay.  He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

He passion for fitness and performance started at a young age as a competitive athlete.  He has know come to appreciate fitness as a way to live longer and healthier with those he loves.

Most importantly, he wants to help others to this path as well.

Kaleigh brings a ton of knowledege and experience to Prodigy Fitness.  She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as well as a Level 1 Certified Weight Lifting Coach through United States of America Weight Lifting (USAW – L1).

Kaleigh believes that strength training transforms more than just physical appearance. Strength training helps people emotionally, mentally, and improves the relationships around them. 

Gina Marie is Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CPT).  Along with being a coach at Prodigy Fitness, Gina Marie also owns a thriving massage therapy practice.

Her passion for training comes from her own personal experiences.  Gina Marie actually joined Prodigy Fitness as a member first.  Plus, the enjoyment of working with others to help them achieve their goals, makes her feel great knowing she can make a difference in someone’s life.

Veronica originally joined Prodigy Fitness as a member.  She was getting married and wanted to look fabulous for her wedding.

She joined the Prodigy team in 2018 and helps make sure Prodigy Fitness runs like a well-oiled machine.  

Veronica loves being apart of the Prodigy Fitness team and believes strongly in setting everyone up for success.

Amanda handles many things behind the scenes.  

One of her main roles is heading up our event team.  So the next time you are out at the farmer’s market and you see our booth make sure to stop by and say hi!
