I haven’t worked out in a while. Do I need previous fitness experience to join?

Absolutely not! We embrace all fitness levels, from complete beginners to those looking to reignite their fitness journey. Our core value is “Meet Others Where They Are At.” You don’t need to worry about your past experience—just come as you are, and we’ll guide you every step of the way to ensure your success.

What does the schedule look like?

We offer a unique Flexible Schedule instead of traditional classes. You won’t be tied to specific class times. Our facility is open during these hours, and you can come in at any time that works for your schedule to complete your training sessions:
● Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM & 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
● Saturday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Does Prodigy offer Nutrition Coaching?

Yes, we do offer Nutrition Coaching, though it’s not included in our standard memberships. We often recommend that members establish a solid foundation with their training and lifestyle habits before diving into nutrition coaching. This approach helps prevent burnout and leads to more sustainable results. When you’re ready, our incredible Nutrition Coach, Molly, will be there to help you on your journey!

How much does a membership at Prodigy Fitness cost?

If you’re primarily focused on finding the lowest price, Prodigy Fitness might not be the right fit for you—there are plenty of less expensive options out there.

After your initial on-ramp period, Prodigy Fitness membership rates range from $79 – $119 per week, with our most popular membership option coming in at $99/week.
